Return Policy

Thank you for joining the HelloLove family - we love you and are here for you! If you don’t love your selections, we will happily issue you a refund for the value of the merchandise on regular priced items.

Any item with a discount of 20% or more will receive store credit.

A return shipping label will be emailed - the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from the return total.

All returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and returned within 40 days. Any returns requested outside of 30 days will not be honored.

Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, not altered, and cannot contain perfume. Items must have tags attached. Please ship items back in the original shipping bag. HelloLove reserves the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item returned. All returns are inspected thoroughly.

Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, gift cards, and sale items ending in $.01 are non-returnable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for HelloLove to receive and process your return. HelloLove does not offer price adjustments for previously purchased items. The return total (minus shipping) will go back to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HelloLove is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

EXCHANGES: We offer unique finds with limited quantities - by the time an item is sent back, we cannot guarantee the item or all sizes will still be available. Please follow our standard return policy to exchange an item.
